Please read the following carefully before booking any tour with Travel Creations LLC.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Travel Creations LLC ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual or entity ("Customer," "you," or "your") who inquires about, books, or receives services from the Company. Travel Creations LLC is a Maryland limited liability company with a principal address of 7375 Executive Place, Suite 400 #1061, Lanham, MD 20706.
By using our services — including making a reservation — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. We may update this Agreement periodically, and the most current version will always be available on our website. If you have questions, contact us at sales@travelcreations.org.
By booking or using our services in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. You further confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not proceed with a booking.
Travel Creations LLC provides curated motorcoach tour services across the mid-Atlantic and Northeast United States. We arrange and facilitate transportation, guided tours, dining, accommodations where applicable, and related travel services (collectively "the Services"). Some elements of our Services are provided directly by the Company; others are arranged through trusted third-party vendors and partners.
While we make every effort to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience, the nature of group travel means that logistical variables are sometimes beyond our direct control. We do not make guarantees regarding the availability or performance of third-party services, and we will work diligently to resolve any issues that arise during your trip.
When you book a tour with us, we collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and payment information. This data is used solely to process your reservation, communicate with you about your trip, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We may share non-identifiable, aggregated data with partners to enhance our offerings or plan future tours. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to this practice.
Photos taken during our tours may be used in Company marketing materials, including social media and our website. If you prefer not to have your image used in this way, please notify us in writing prior to your departure date.
We understand that plans can change, and we have designed our cancellation policy to be fair to all parties. Please note that once a reservation is confirmed, the Company begins incurring costs on your behalf — including transportation arrangements, venue bookings, and staffing commitments. For this reason, refunds are subject to the schedule below.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to sales@travelcreations.org. A cancellation is not considered confirmed until you receive a written acknowledgment from the Company. The Company is not responsible for any third-party bookings you may have made in connection with your reservation (such as personal travel, lodging, or dining).

In the event the Company cancels a tour and is unable to reschedule, all payments collected from participants will be refunded in full to the original payer.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit per person is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is credited toward your final balance. The specific deposit amount will be stated at the time of booking.
Final Payment: Full payment is due no later than 35 days prior to the departure date unless otherwise stated. Failure to submit final payment by this date may result in cancellation of your reservation, and cancellation fees will apply as outlined above.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards. By providing payment, you authorize the Company to charge the stated amount and acknowledge that chargebacks initiated without Company authorization — other than in cases of fraud — are not permitted under this Agreement.
Pricing: All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change in the event of significant cost increases outside the Company's control (such as fuel surcharges or supplier rate changes). We will notify affected customers as promptly as possible in such circumstances.
Gratuities: Gratuities for tour staff and drivers are not included in the tour price and are left entirely to your discretion. If you receive excellent service, typical gratuities range from $5–$7 per person per day.
Changes by the Customer: Requests to modify a reservation — such as changing a departure date or updating traveler information — may be subject to change fees and/or supplier penalties. Requests made within 35 days of departure may carry additional costs depending on availability and vendor policies.
Cancellations by the Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour at its sole discretion. In the unlikely event of a Company-initiated cancellation where rescheduling is not possible, all collected funds will be returned in full to the original payer. The Company is not responsible for any incidental costs you may incur as a result of a tour cancellation.
Itinerary Changes: The Company reserves the right to modify tour routing, pickup locations, accommodations, and scheduling as needed. We will communicate any material changes to confirmed participants as soon as possible.
Travel Creations LLC acts as an independent organizer of travel services and does not act as an agent on behalf of the Customer or any third-party service provider. The Company is not liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, errors, or defaults of any hotel, restaurant, attraction, transportation provider, or other independent contractor whose services form part of your tour.
By participating in a tour, you voluntarily accept the inherent risks associated with travel, including but not limited to transportation by motorcoach or other vehicle, exposure to weather conditions, food and beverage consumption, and participation in activities at destinations visited. You agree not to hold Travel Creations LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates liable for any loss, injury, illness, delay, damage, or inconvenience — however caused — arising from your participation in a tour, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from a tour whose conduct or physical condition is deemed detrimental to the wellbeing of the group or the safe operation of the tour. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in the State of Maryland, and both parties consent to such jurisdiction.
Travel Creations LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of our services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
The Company shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or failures to perform its obligations resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, epidemics, natural disasters, severe weather events, government-imposed restrictions or travel bans, strikes or labor disputes, acts of terrorism or civil unrest, or operational decisions by transportation providers. In such circumstances, the Company will endeavor to reschedule affected tours where possible but cannot guarantee refunds for events that fall under this clause.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Customer and Travel Creations LLC with respect to your reservation and the Services, and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Company.
